Common questions

ROC & MCA matters, explained.

In many cases a struck-off company can be restored to the register through a petition before the National Company Law Tribunal, filed within the period the law allows. The Tribunal weighs the reason for the strike-off and the pending filings. Upload the strike-off order and we will assess whether revival is open to you.
Disqualification usually follows a default such as non-filing of annual returns, and the route to relief depends on the cause and how it was triggered. Options can include curing the default and, where appropriate, approaching the Tribunal or the court. Share the details and we will advise on the path that fits your case.
Compounding is a way to settle certain company-law defaults by paying a prescribed amount instead of facing prosecution, subject to the authority's approval. It regularises the default and closes the matter. We assess whether your default is compoundable and prepare the application.
A DIN is commonly deactivated for non-filing of the annual director KYC or on account of a disqualification. Reactivation involves completing the pending KYC and clearing the underlying default, and sometimes a filing with the MCA. Send us the DIN status and we will map out the steps to reactivate it.
You can, but it is risky. The faceless system decides your case almost entirely on your first written reply, and a wrong section, a missed piece of evidence or a rushed admission is very hard to undo afterwards. Most people send us the notice first so a specialist can check it before anything is filed. That costs nothing and keeps your options open.
The deadline keeps running, interest and penalties build, and the department can decide against you without your side of the story, which can escalate into a demand, a penalty or a reopening of earlier years. If your deadline is close or has already passed, upload the notice now and we will tell you the best remaining option.
