Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

These terms govern your use of the SEYA Tax Notice Advisors website and the services we provide. Please read them carefully. They set out how our engagement works, what we do, what we ask of you, and the limits of what we can promise.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting your details, or uploading a notice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.

Who we are & scope of services

SEYA Tax Notice Advisors is operated by [Registered entity name], a firm of Chartered Accountants and Advocates based in Hyderabad, India. We provide tax and regulatory representation and advisory services, including responding to notices, drafting replies, filings, and appearances before the relevant authorities. Uploading a notice or sending us an enquiry does not, by itself, create an engagement or an advisory relationship between us.

Engagement & fees

Work on your matter begins only after you approve a written, itemised quote from us. Government and statutory fees, such as filing fees or duties, are billed at actuals, over and above our professional fees.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information and documents.
  • Share what we ask for promptly, so we can act within the notice’s timelines.
  • Meet the deadlines we agree together, since many tax and regulatory dates cannot be extended.

No guarantee of outcome

Tax and legal outcomes depend on the specific facts of your matter and on the authorities who decide it. No result is, or can be, guaranteed. We commit to competent, diligent, professional work on your behalf, not to a particular decision or order.

Payments

Payment details are shared with your written quote, and you pay only after approving it. We issue GST invoices for the professional fees you pay. Please retain these for your records.

Cancellation & refunds

[Cancellation and refund policy placeholder: state when a matter may be cancelled, which fees are refundable, which are non-refundable once work has begun, and the timeline for any refund.]

Confidentiality

Everything you share with us in the course of your matter is treated as confidential. We disclose it only to the members of our team working on your matter, to sub-processors bound to protect it, or where the law requires us to. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your engagement is limited to the professional fees you have paid us for the matter giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. [Standard limitation of liability clause, capped at fees paid: placeholder for review and finalisation by counsel.]

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [Hyderabad, or your jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your engagement with us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
